Choose a sentimental edible favor by making small quantities of a family favorite for distribution. Your grandmother made a wonderful raspberry jam? Can a batch in tiny jars, and tie a little tag bearing your names, wedding date, and recipe.
Want a low cost favor with tremendous impact? Ask your fiancé’s mom for a set of their family’s favorite recipes. Then collect your own family favorites. Design a little template, and have them printed at your local copy shop. Put the cards in vellum envelopes stamped with your names and wedding date, and add a line reading “From Our Family to Yours”
