When you interview them, ask what kind of work they like to do.You’ll get a quick handle on whether there’s a match between the kind of wedding that excites them and the kind of wedding you’re creating. Also, share your vision with them, and ask for their feedback. You’d be surprised at how they can take your idea and make it even better.
