CW Select Service allows brides that have begun the process and hand booked their vendors to enjoy their engagement and let an expert take care of the details.
CW Eliter Service includes day of coordination, so you can be sure that you're wedding will proceed with flawless elegance.
This package includes up to 3 meetings, up to 10 hours of planning time, 40 hours of day of the wedding and rehearsal time and unlimited email support.
CW Select Clients, may select from the following services:
Organization and Management
- Maintain timelines, checklists, task lists
- Provide a planning and wedding weekend timelines for bride, groom, wedding party and families
Site Assistance
- Service, installation and timing coordination
- Develop a "day of" the wedding schedule for site liason
- Map directions to site for guests - requires client approval
Family & Attendant Coordination
- Develop a "day of" schedule for family and attendants
- Document wedding day assignments for family and bridal party
Guest Communications & Relations
- Delivery of guest baskets for out of town guests
- Create a note for out of town guests assistance
- Interview and book babysitter(s) for the ceremony/reception
- Assist with seating plan for ceremony or reception if required
Ceremony Planning
- Provide vow and reading selection assistance
- Provide ceremony etiquette assistance
- Drop off and pick up bands to be engraved
- Work with church sextons, coordinators or wedding committe to plan rehersal.
- Communicate schedule, participant and music information to officiants and church staff.
Floral Planning and Vendor Relationship Management
- Manage ongoing correspondence and updates
- Prepare Florists Prep Pack - includes delivery times and schedules, map with placement of key floral decorations, map of site water and refrigeration sources
Catering Planning & Vendor Relationship Management
- Maintain headcount, delivery time and other detailed information
- Confirm of menu details
- Confirm of service details
- Develop a "day of" the wedding schedule for caterer and pastry chef.
Reception Planning
- Assist with seating chart and layout
- Arrange escort cards of seating assignment grid
- Manage installation and delivery of all decorative elements
- Prepare reception timeline and distribute to vendors
- Manage tent and chair rental booking, delivery and setup
- Arrange parking for reception
- Order liquor, wine and champagne
- Collect presents as they are received
- Gather and assist with loading gifts after the reception
- Prepare and manage time schedule of the reception
- Assist in planning receiving line
- Assist in writing toasts and thank you speeches
The Big Day Coordination
- Manage of decoration delivery, installation and setup
- Manage wedding day transportation for bride, groom, wedding party and guests
- Book appointment for dry-run with hairstylist
- Distribute wedding day schedules to all vendors, bridal party and officient
- Meet, check in, and confirm details with with each vendor on the wedding day
Music and Entertainment
- Prepare play list for reception and cocktail hour
- Manage timing with bandleader/DJ
- Check availability backup band/DJ in event of major complications
Photographer
- Prepare Photographers pack - includes must take photo list, style preferences, special and unique item for photograph, schedule, map of facility
- Confirm date and time for formal photos
- Assist with formal photo session
- Assist with development of "must take" photo list
- Check availability backup photographer in event of major complications
Transportation
- Reserve of Transportation Providers
- Fax transportation providers schedules and directions for pick-up and drop off
Favors
- Arrange/place of favors on wedding day

- Delivery of overnight bag to hotel
- Mail gifts to parents to thank them for support
- Box top layer of wedding cake for anniversary
